Airport Hotel Basel - Convenient & Friendly

Great location with easy access to the city center and airport. The room on the tenth floor had amazing views, even though the rain spoiled the scenery. The staff were efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. They arranged a wake-up call and a free shuttle to the airport, a major convenience.

The customer service was quite disappointing. They didn't respond to my request for a pick-up at the train station, and when we asked to deposit our luggage, it was carelessly thrown together and even my laptop bag was open.

Convenient location, just a few kilometers from Basel-Mulhouse Airport. Hotel bus or green public bus from the airport available. Rose Brasserie offers high-quality and affordable meals. Attractive room with view of nearby houses and mountains.

The rooms at this hotel are comfortable, nicely designed, and functional, making it a good place to rest and sleep. The location is also convenient, with easy access to other parts of the city and the airport. The hotel offers free public transportation within the city, which is a great perk. Felt warm, but no reason to complain.

We were really surprised by all aspects of the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were modern and stylish. The staff, who all spoke excellent English, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's free mini bus made it ridiculously convenient to get to and from the airport. the bus stop right next to the hotel made it easy to reach the city center.
