Great location with easy access to the city center and airport. The room on the tenth floor had amazing views, even though the rain spoiled the scenery. The staff were efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. They arranged a wake-up call and a free shuttle to the airport, a major convenience.
The customer service was quite disappointing. They didn't respond to my request for a pick-up at the train station, and when we asked to deposit our luggage, it was carelessly thrown together and even my laptop bag was open.

The rooms at this hotel are comfortable, nicely designed, and functional, making it a good place to rest and sleep. The location is also convenient, with easy access to other parts of the city and the airport. The hotel offers free public transportation within the city, which is a great perk. The staff is friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Dimitrij and Narishi for their exceptional assistance. The hotel's amenities and services made me believe in humanity again. one of the best hotels I've stayed in, with a 10/10 rating.
Felt warm, but no reason to complain.

We were really surprised by all aspects of the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were modern and stylish. The staff, who all spoke excellent English, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's free mini bus made it ridiculously convenient to get to and from the airport. the bus stop right next to the hotel made it easy to reach the city center.
Nothings.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices compared to other hotels in the area. The attention to detail is impressive, from the big bathroom with a good power shower to the lovely views from the rooms. Additionally, the location right on the border crossing to France and easy access to public transport make it convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
No significant issues were found during my stay.
